I give product managers and founders the frameworks and tools to help them find the answers, regardless of their industry. Businesses tend to be early stage, seed through series B, or older companies going through a journey to becoming product lead.

I work with early career product managers, recent career switchers and first product managers in the business reporting to the founders.
Many don't have any product management leadership to learn from, either because they report to the CEO, or they are the only product manager in the business. Having a product coach drastically accelerates their learning. It has multiplicative effect on the quality of their work with their teams and outcomes for the business.
I partner very closely with the product manager's manager, typically the VP Product or CEO, to be an extension of their development plan. After each session the manager receives a summary of the topics covered, resources shared and suggested actions to help the coachee develop.
